It all starts with a Boundary Survey - a Boundary Survey is the basis and foundation of almost all the other services that we provide to our clients.
At Bello & Bello, like all our services, Boundary Surveys are prepared under the supervision and direction of a registered Land Surveyor and Mapper. All our surveys result in a map and meet or exceed, in ALTA cases, minimum technical standards set forth by the Florida Board of Land Surveyors and Mappers in the applicable provisions of Chapter 5J-17, Florida Administrative Code, pursuant to Section 472.027, Florida Statutes.
In the process of performing Boundary Surveys land records are carefully investigated, field crews deploy to the sites equipped with appropriate technology for data collection (specifically selected to achieve required accuracy), field data is compared with land records, discrepancies carefully addressed and maps/sketches depicting lot size and improvements are drafted by experienced technicians using the most advanced version of AutoCad. Our maps are produced in electronic media, fully compatible with the software that design professionals require.
